Tokyo Auto Salon Kuala Lumpur 2024 CIVIC TYPE-R GIVEAWAY Terms & Conditions

• 1. The Giveaway Contest begins on 27 September 2024 at 10:00AM and ends on 10 November 2024 at 6.00PM ("Contest Period").
• 2. This ‘Giveaway’ is open to adult ticket buyers (Adults / VIP / Black Tag / OKU categories) except:
• Employees of the Organiser, and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, agents, and advertising/PR agencies of Organiser, and each of their respective immediate families and household members (collectively the "Contest Entities") are not eligible to enter this Contest.
• 3. For existing ticket holders, they are just required to top-up only RM28.00 to purchase the CIVIC TYPE-R Giveaway ticket and will be eligible to participate in this ‘Giveaway’.
• 4. The winner will be drawn (live) at random from the list of CIVIC TYPE-R tickets on 10 November 2024 (Sunday) at 8.00pm on stage during the Tokyo Auto Salon Kuala Lumpur 2024 event at MITEC. The announcement of the winner will also be live streamed across all Tokyo Auto Salon Kuala Lumpur social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• 5. Once the winner’s name has been called, if he or she is not present at the venue, they will be contacted through a phone call with a maximum of three (3) attempts. The winner will then be required to answer three (3) simple questions related to Tokyo Auto Salon Kuala Lumpur 2024.
• 6. If the phone call is not answered by the winner, the Organiser reserves the rights to proceed with the next winner draw.
• 7. The winner is required to claim the prize within 1 (one) month from the day of the winner’s announcement.
• 8. In the event the winner is below 18 years of age, he or she may assign the prize to an eligible guardian or adult that possesses the necessary credentials to register the vehicle in Malaysia.
• 9. The car registration fee and all other ancillary charges (insurance, road tax, transportation and all other charges) will be borne by the winner.
• 10. The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize where it reasonably suspects that the winner is not eligible or has not complied with these T&Cs.
• 11. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the abovementioned terms and conditions at their sole discretion.
